Terms of Service
Last updated: April 11, 2026
What you're agreeing to
By using Gravity (the "Service"), you agree to these terms. Gravity is operated by its creator ("we", "us"). If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Your account
- You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
- You're responsible for keeping your password secure.
- You must be at least 16 years old to use Gravity.
- One person, one account. No shared accounts.
What you can do
Gravity is designed for personal use — keeping track of your relationships and staying in touch with people you care about. Use it for that.
What you can't do
- Use Gravity for spam, harassment, or anything illegal.
- Attempt to access other users' data.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the service.
- Use automated tools (bots) to interact with the service.
Free and paid plans
- Free plan: up to 5 people, all core features.
- Gravity Pro: unlimited people, billed yearly via Stripe.
Prices may change for new subscribers. If you're already subscribed, your current rate is locked for the duration of your active subscription.
Payments and refunds
- Subscriptions are billed annually and renew automatically.
- You can cancel anytime from Settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period.
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you're unhappy, email us and we'll sort it out.
Your data
- Your data belongs to you. We don't sell it, mine it, or use it to train AI models.
- You can export or delete your data at any time.
- If you delete your account, all your data is permanently removed within 30 days.
For details on how we handle your data, see our Privacy Policy.
Availability
We aim for high uptime but can't guarantee 100% availability. Gravity is a small, independently run product — not a hospital pager. Occasional downtime for maintenance may happen.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.
Liability
Gravity is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it running and your data safe, but we're not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the last 12 months.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If changes are significant, we'll notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
